I am always looking for more property to sell or rent on behalf of clients.

I established my business at the very end of 2010, in a very poor market and have, in spite of this, still managed to achieve successful sales quickly.  I can now see that the market is improving slightly and enquiries to the property I am selling are better with more viewings taking place.

I am interested in property of any size, shape or condition. I am happy to deal with sales in any location, particularly property that requires work or that is perceived as more difficult to sell.

In larger agencies property sales are traditionally handled by members of staff who have no huge incentive to be pro-active in the sale, especially where the sale is difficult. In many cases, the viewings are carried out by external agents on an hourly rate, who have no real commitment to the sale.

I carry out all aspects of the sale personally; from the take-on, to the viewings, to the negotiations and to the final offer stage.

Your property may already be on the market with another agent and remains unsold. Perhaps you are not receiving updates and there appears to be very little happening, with no active advice being given about the best way forward.

Do you need a new / fresh approach?

 I can take any property on at no costs to you assuming there is a Homereport in place (for sales) and I do not charge any up-front fees.

I will always attempt to get the best possible price as quickly as possible.
